We know you want to get your purchase as soon as possible. All products will be shipped within 3 business days of orders being placed.
Delivery time is an estimate only and Laybrook is not liable for any loss or damage suffered through any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery
For all orders Returned To Sender due to not being claimed, or for incorrect addresses, re-delivery charges may be applicable
DELIVERY WITHIN AUSTRALIA
We ship nationally with Australia Post. Shipping is charged at a flat rate of $9.95 per order.
Free delivery is available for all orders over $200
For east coast metro areas please allow 1-3 days for delivery
For regional areas and Western Australia please allow 4-6 days for delivery
AUSTRALIAN EXPRESS DELIVERY
If you require your purchase urgently, please contact us directly at email@example.com and we will organise express shipping at an additional charge.
DELIVERY OUTSIDE AUSTRALIA
We ship globally via DHL Express services. Please allow up to 7 days for delivery.
Shipping rates are:
New Zealand: $18 for orders up to $200. Free shipping for orders over $200.
USA: $24 for orders up to $200. Free shipping for orders over $200.
Rest of World: $30 for orders up to $200. Free shipping for orders over $200
DUTIES AND TAXES
Please be aware that packages may be subject to delays and additional taxes and duties at the port of entry of various international countries outside of Australia. We take every effort to ensure a quick and smooth delivery, but we do not take responsibility for any delays and extra fees which may be applied via customs and duty offices in the receiving country.
Returns and Refund Policy
Laybrook does not offer refund or exchange for change of mind under any circumstances.
If your product is faulty or damaged in transit Laybrook will repair or replace your product as necessary, free of charge. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your name, contact details and photographs of the faulty product.
